The overall rating is a weighted average in which features carries the most weight at 40 percent while ease of use and value each account for 30 percent.
Fonoa led the ranking on the strength of its single unified data model that connects tax ID validation, real-time determination, e-invoicing, automated returns, regulatory knowledge, and audit in one infrastructure, which raised its features score above platforms limited to determination or filing alone.
